Very quaint and private. Excellent place for a getaway weekend in Ojai -- everything was within walking distance. Bikes are also offered as part of the service if you want to explore a little further.

We had the best time during our stay at Su Nico Inn! The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. The location is central and easily walkable to restaurants and other Ojai attractions. We stayed in the Heron Suite and it was BEAUTIFUL! Will definitely be back.

We loved staying at their property while we had a 2 day retreat in Ojai. It was so walkable and convenient. Wish we had more time to take out the complimentary bikes and eat in the courtyard.

The property is close to downtown on a quiet street. The suites are spacious and clean. The courtyard is nice but could use some maintenance. Our stay was badly marred by extremely noisy neighbors above us on our first night. The group returned to their room around 1.00 AM and continued to party loudly (lot’s of yelling and pounding on the floor) until 5.00 AM. There was no way to reach management as there is no staff on the property (the only person we saw throughout our stay was a young woman whose hours seemed to be limited to the check-in period), and no person to reach by phone at night (we tried). We were reluctant to confront the occupants above us on our own. The next morning we called someone at a sister property, and let her know of our experience and request a different room if the same group was going to be in the room above. She was sympathetic (“it is not okay to party in the rooms”) and said she would pass our message to management who would follow-up. There was no follow-up. Later in the day we saw the same young woman who had checked us in, and she knew nothing of our complaint and seemed completely unsure of how to respond. This is a reasonable mid-priced property close to the main area. If you don’t need any help by a person during your stay, especially outside of normal business hours, you should be fine. If, like us, you need help after-hours for any reason you will likely be on your own.
