Can't Expect Too Much With the Price

Although the hotel is in the city, it is still having some distance with major destinations. Nevertheless, it is still fine to stay there with that affordable price.

The pictures are false advertisement. The place is not well maintained cleanliness overall is poor. Once we came back to our room for the night pulled blankets back and sheet had blood stains. We went to front desk to request cleaning bedding they brought it over, but then we were told that we would have to takeoff and redo all the bedding on the bed. They had no one to service it. At that point, I was not able to sleep very well was very concerned again about the whole cleanness. Of the place

I booked 2 rooms for my birthday last weekend and both rooms were actually disgusting, there were stains on the sheets on all 4 of the beds in either room and a couple burn holes, the floors had so much dirt and dust that you can feel it and you'd lift your foot and it was black, the shower water was cold even after letting it run for 15 minutes, there was nasty stains on the walls and holes in the walls, there was no double lock on the doors in either room which honestly is scary thinking anyone could probably come into the rooms, it just smelt bad in either room, the staff was friendly but overall the rooms were actually horrific, now for the price I guess it was what you'd get but like no one should be staying in that nastiness. so its a 0 stars for me

Staff were nice. But the place was so DIRTY! parking/room and front desk. I was there with my 1yr old and we had pre paid two nights we couldn’t afford to go else where. Please don’t stay there unless you absolutely have to. SMH! Luckily I had Clorox wipes and cleaned most surfaces he would be touching but we didn’t remove our shoes at all!! Wipes were filthy. Bed sheets had stains/hair. RR and room smelled like humid sewage water. Oh geez. As soon as my husband went in unloading our stuff he cleaned the floor because he said there was ketchup or food. From there we knew it wasn’t going to be good. WE DID NOT take a shower there either >.< the tub was stained and gross.

Checking in, finding the location, and parking were all easy. Even needing a late check in was accommodated. However the condition of the building was very poor overall. There were holes in the walls, along with the walls being very this so all sounds came through, the bathroom fixtures were damaged, a stain was found on one of the bedsheets, and worst of all the appliances in the room presented a serious threat of electrical fire

I came out here for work and me and my business partner were not able to sleep at all. We were placed in a unit on the ground floor quite close to the front desk. You could hear everything. The phone ringing at 3am to the front desk, people walking in and out, flushing their toilets etc. Looks nicer in the pics than it actually is.

I had a second floor room, and while I am able to negotiate the stairs some people may need to be aware that there is no elevator. Except for the amorous visitors next-door to my room the property was fairly quiet. The outside was generally a little dirty but my room was clean. The bus that goes down State Street is very close and it was a great way to get around. there was coffee and tea served in the office in the morning. I would stay here again

Everything is great at this hotel. I’m many are great. All the staff From The Room service. They’re always Nice. Also check In-N-Out. It’s always fast. Not too bad for the price., my only concern is that when people are doing whatever on the next rooms or the other rooms, you can hear everything. That is my only concern. But other than that everything else is great. I know I gave it a five star. But I think four star. It’s fair.

I’m usually better about reading and trust reviews but I booked this last minute with few options left for a wedding. The room was in better shape than expected but this was the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed at with people going up and down the stairs, yelling at others in the parking lot, taking loud phone calls right outside our door, playing loud music from the parking lot and stomping back and forth past our room literally all night. The check in counter and experience was abysmal and we found hairs in our room and bathroom when we got there. I was very regretful and would have gladly paid another $100-$200 to stay literally anywhere else for the night. Cannot recommend any other motel in SB over this location!
