The staff was great. The pool was good. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. But the rooms are older, need updating and the ac didn't work in our room. We had to sleep with the sliding door open and the freeway was so loud.

The front office staff were very nice and helpful. However, the phone in the room to call for front desk and concierge doesn’t work. At checkin it says the room will be clean every other day, i stayed 4 dyas/3nights and my room was not even once cleaned. Breakfast lack variety.

Was a great stay. Room was great. Price was amazing. Breakfast was great, loved the omelet guy. And the one, I think she was the head cleaning lady was amazing. All staff was friendly. Front staff were friendly but need some training on hospitality and showing how important the guest are to them. Also hot tub was luke warm not hot.

Bestie, I’ve had with my girls anywhere. Complementary breakfast was delicious and had everything. James, who worked at the front desk was so polite and accommodating. It’s gorgeous inside and the see-through elevators are super fun for the kids. It felt safe, it’s a little on the older side and air conditioning could have been better, but it was lovely. We had a great time.
