Exceptional Hotel

"Great hotel! Staff is customer focused, professional, friendly and attentive. Definitely felt like I was in Rome with the beautiful decor. Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy. Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! "

"The check-in desk people were fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. They spoke fluent English. "the place is very clean,quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly "
