"We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. That said, there were also some very positive aspects. Breakfast was really enjoyable, and one staff member who was present every day provided excellent and attentive service. "The property is in a lovely quiet location that is perfect to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the food in the restaurant is a particular highlight. Highly recommended!"

"Great room, very affordable"

"This hotel is not bad. However, it is on top of a supermarket , close to the town by-pass and overlooking a petrol station, so not a great vibe. It is a convenient base to explore the area. You can walk in to Pula which has a good selection of restaurants etc. The hotel breakfast was nice. The evening pizzeria also. The room was ok, but nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. We didn't use the paddling pool as it closes early evening for the pizzeria to open. Limited free parking. Friendly and mostly helpful staff. "

"Had a great time at Latana. It is a short walk into Pula, and the people in town were generally quite nice and accommodating. Nora beach and Archeological Park are both awesome. Staff was great. We had the breakfast plan and were quite satisfied with it. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect."
