"Hotel was very nice and staff is very friendly. English speaking is sufficient to get by, but knowing Spanish is obviously very helpful and speeds things like check in up! The only confusing thing is when booking multiple rooms for our party (5 adults, 3 families) we booked a room for 5 people but the website wasn’t super clear on exactly how many rooms we had booked. We ended up adding an additional room and they worked with us to get us a similar room/same price we had paid thru Expedia. Overall a fun trip and the hotel is within walking distance if you don’t mind 1-2km (a mile or so) or download the Freenow app (Lyft for Europe)."

"We had thr family room. It had one queen bed and two twin beds. Perfect for a family of four. Our room also had the outdoor terrace which was a nice little addition. Pool and sitting area on the roof were nice as well. The buffet breakfast was not with the money in my opinion. It was not an American style breakfast. Mostly cold cuts, some fruit and some various pastries."
