「A very special experience in Ibiza. A calm, wellness focused, high end property, with incredible service. It was my second visit. Love the cascades experience. The food menu by the pool is great, but the Eden restaurant is on another level. The breakfast is perfect, you get to choose from many dishes with local, natural flavors. Some days we will go to nearby nature for hiking, small lovely beaches, or a town restaurant, other days we just stay by the pool, spa treatments, and an amazing sunset...

The access to the water was not as we understood it, it’s a public beach across the way from the hotel, no dedicated space for hotel guests, no chair’s umbrella’s etc. so that was not as advertised. 「The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us.
