「This property is not worth the money even for an all inclusive. The room is very basic, bathroom had mold on the ceiling assuming from no ventilation. Face of tub was loose and is very high/deep making in inaccessible for some. Pool area was not maintained/cleaned. Cups all over the place and straws and lemon slices floating in the water. People will leave their stuff on chairs for hours so you need to grab a chair very early. The buffet is serviceable but better off going to a restaurant off...

「What a dream come true. You definitely don’t stay at Ushuaia for luxury or comfort, the rooms are small and it’s a party hotel. But it was the most amazing experience. Yea the lobby looks like you’re staying at a motel, but the restaurants, nightlife, pool, location and beaches make up for everything! The service was amazing!!! Anything we needed towels/toilet paper etc.. never took more than 10 min. The room service was great and also very fast. The beach restaurant and pool was amazing vibes...

「This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...

「This is a great hotel. They definitely keep it clean. My biggest problem here was there’s no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It looks like it had been broken for some time. Because they already planned on having a bunch of fans in there. Which wasn’t great because there was a lady with long hair sitting in front of it every morning. I was worried that her hair would blow into the buffet food. The staff and the restaurant definitely made up for it because they are very helpful and showed...
