"Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed as a family for a week. Loved the quiet and lovely surroundings. The owners, a young couple, were very nice and helpfull. We stayed during the hottest week in July and maybe some more fans - maybe in the ceiling would be nice but other than that - we loved the place. "

"Nice hotel. Assisi is beautiful and so spiritual! Great breakfast. All rooms in the ancient city are slightly dated. Close to good restaurants. Very difficult to drive there! Hills are very steep and hard for seniors. I brought my walking sticks but still difficult. Worth it though. "

"This place was BEAUTIFUL!! In front of the main Basilica! The view from the window was stoning at any time of the day, but specially morning and afternoon! The way to check in was new for us since we received everything by mail and text, but the person on the other side guide us step by step! Everything was clean and quite! Just a dream! A really recommended it! "

"Good hotel on the perimeter of Perugia, perfect for those who have a car but not if you are making use of public transport. Perugia as a whole can be explored in 48hrs. Assisi is a short train distance and then up by bus. Firenze is a 2hr train journey bur worth a visit. "

"The amazing town of Bettona was the perfect start to our holiday. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the terrace were superb. Something for everyone at breakfast, which was tasteful and plentiful. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel caters for one night coach tours. Who leave early so get up earlier. No sound proofing between rooms and we could hear every word spoken plus their phone alarm woke us up at 6am!!! Typical dated decor. Dark wood furniture damask bedspreads and plates on walls!! Breakfast was unimaginative, fruit hard and unripe and basic plus they were continually setting up for the coach tour lunches clattering crockery and cutlery. Outside is neglected and scruffy For the price this needs refurbishing...

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice make this an ideal base for a stay in Perugia. Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "
