"Definitely not an up to date property, but if it gets updated, it'll probably cost double! The bedroom was perfectly comfortable and big enough. The bed was actually VERY comfortable! The location is good, easy to get to footbridge beach."

"We had oceanfront rooms, but could not see the beach because there was Cottages in front of it…however we were very close to beach!!! the path to the beach was right in front of our room! We got there at 1:30 and were able to check in even though the check-in was at 3:00. The check-in receptionist was very sweet and the process was quick. We asked for a microwave and got them right away. Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints.!! I highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Old Orchard Beach"

"We have stayed there many times. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The amenities on the property are great for families, including swimming pools, pedal bike rentals, a dock pad for launching kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The location is perfect with a trolley stop across the street for heading downtown to the shops in Ogunquit. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The property was well maintained and the location was nice and quiet. Only issue was the bathroom fan was extremely loud. Definitely needs replacement. There was also a bad odor in the room. I thought it came from the rug. Hubby thought it was coming from the ac unit. We did not complain and the odor disappeared within 2 days… will definitely stay here again. Great value for the money."
