「The neighborhood was unknown and I was unsure what to expect but Eugene was very friendly and the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The shower could be improved and the water pressure wasn’t so good, took a while for hot water to become hot, but I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needed a air BnB. 」

The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. Avoid dealing with this property and owner. 」
