"The shuttle to the motel from the airport was a long wait time & there are not many places to sit while waiting to be picked up. I consider an hour too long to wait, for this convenience. However, I did note that other hotels did have a better system (more vehicles in rotation ?)."

"I stayed for 7 nights and my rntite stay the wifi was not working and disrupted my phone from working. I was there for the week worjimg and could nkt log in to my labtop. I had to sit outside in the pool area to make a phone call, receive and send texts and use my labtop for work. I had to log into my hotspot to use my labtop. This was awful for my work experience. The pool and the hot tub were dirty and full of leaves. My bed was the most uncomfortable thin mattress which creaked when I tossed and turned. My back hurt by the end of the week. The staff was nice and courteous but doesn't help with all the issues that week. Breakfast was mid and same breakfast choices everyday not appealing. I would not stay here again."

"The check-in was very poor. The desk person didn't speak, even when I said hello, except to ask for credit card for the deposit. She over-rode something on the computer, as she said, while she was checking me in, to put me in a different room. The steps going upstairs to the room was fills with water ( without rain). Unsure from where the water was coming. But the steps and landing was wet and I had to try to avoid it. 2. The entire 1st floor seems to have permanent residents. Who would sit and block parking spots so I couldn't park in any of the spaces. Those same residents smoked anywhere they wanted, which was offensive to a non-smoker, and they just stared menacingly at me when I asked them not to smoke and blow the smoke in my direction, as I tried to walk by them. 3. The room was fairly clean, but I observed cobwebs in the corner over the refrigerator. 4. Check-out was a bit better, as this desk person spoke, but, barely so. I was very happy to leave, and checked out at 7am. I would not recommend that place, and will never return. 5. It was not worth the money."

"This super budget hotel was exactly that... I called again and again and again for the shuttle service, hotel suggested I call driver cell directly. waited 40 min and then hailed a cab finally. $25. There was only one person at the desk who was way overwhelmed and completely unable to handle all the people and phones by herself, understandably. skip this place if you're in any kind of airport hurry also the walls were paperthin. you absolutely get what you pay for. I cancelled my next Rez at this property."
