"Elevators were terrible and seemed unsafe, starwells didn’t allow you to take stairs from main floor, room service room clean towels and left new towels unfolded counter and not enough of them, no ice machine could be found and very expensive room. "

"It was quick and easy to get in my room, the front desk man was very helpful, I was not feeling well and he was great. Shuttle to the airport for free also was a awesome feature."

"Your staff did an excellent job communicating with guests when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It would be beneficial to have some sort of an intercom system so that elderly guests and guests with young children do not have to evacuate the building in the middle of the night for a non-emergency issue."
