「The location is great! Just a short walk from the famous Lama-Monachile beach and one block from the pedestrian area with all the restaurants and shops. It's a lot of fun. In addition, we were welcomed by Georgia who was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect with exception of the shower that while it is fancy and powerful, it could use a door to prevent the water from spilling into the bathroom floor. We really liked our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. We would...

「Spectacular setting with beautiful outdoor oceanside terrace and bar! This is the main reason for positive rating despite problems listed below. Several shortcomings with the rooms. AC did not work and was not repaired despite bringing this to management twice during our stay. We had to leave windows open and woke up each morning with mosquito bites. Room layout is odd, with the shower and sink next to the bed and separate smaller room for toilet. No exhaust fan in room/bathroom. Problems with...

「We booked the two bedroom jacuzzi penthouse. While the staff was helpful and the room nice, there were a few issues we were surprised by. First, the room was not at the property location listed here. Instead, it was several blocks away, outside the centre, making the breakfast and use of the spa facilities inconvenient, especially given that I was using crutches to get . It was on the fourth floor with no elevator. we had to pay extra to open the second bedroom」

「The suites are located in the old town, so in the heart of all that’s going on. Cosimo was very helpful, informative and took us to our room overlooking the old bridge and beach below. We had a Juliette balcony, so if you want one with a table and chairs to sit out…book that room. Our room itself was nicely furnished - beach theme and was clean. Outside our door however, there were cigarette butts and we came back to a couple of teenagers smoking on the terrace (which explained the cig...

「I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for...
