「Everything about this stay was beautiful. Spacious room, bathroom, and dining area. Outside had a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, a balcony overlooking La Monachile, and an upstairs area with a private hot tub. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect - 2 minute walk to the beach and old town. Couldn’t recommend this place more!」

「The hotel is brand new, so everything felt super clean, the rooms were really spacious. The breakfast was great too!
The location is also perfect, just 5mins walking from the main areas.
But the best part of our stay was definitely Cinzia. She was so lovely and welcoming.
We highly recommend staying here!!!!!」

「Great property, fabulous view!!!
Some reviews make it sound like getting there is a nightmare with a long journey and endless stairs.
The pubic access road ends about 200 meters from the unit. There may be stairs depending on which floor your unit is on but the marble lane from the public road is smooth with no stairs.
Parking nearby can be a challenge. I dropped off my wife and the luggage at a bench just 200 meters from the unit and then went to park the car. We should have sent one person...

「First we need to give the family (staff) that runs this fantastic hotel 10 stars, 5 stars just not enough. Super helpful in recommending many restaurants, a winery tour, where to park, etc. Also went above and beyond helping us sort out an issue with a Viator boat trip we wanted to cancel. They pepared fantastic breakfasts. Wonderful, fun people we are glad to have met. The room spotless, bed comfortable, bathroom excellent!」JAMES

「Tonia was truly the loveliest host ever! She greeted us upon arrival with homemade focaccia and had a parking spot saved for us right out front which was such kind! The place itself was perfect for our few nights in town - very clean space and comfy bed. Tonia also had complimentary coffee and snacks which was such a nice touch! So glad we stayed here- would nightly recommend!」Mara

「The location is great! Just a short walk from the famous Lama-Monachile beach and one block from the pedestrian area with all the restaurants and shops. It's a lot of fun.
In addition, we were welcomed by Georgia who was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect with exception of the shower that while it is fancy and powerful, it could use a door to prevent the water from spilling into the bathroom floor.
We really liked our room. It was well appointed and comfortable.

「Spectacular setting with beautiful outdoor oceanside terrace and bar! This is the main reason for positive rating despite problems listed below.
Several shortcomings with the rooms. AC did not work and was not repaired despite bringing this to management twice during our stay. We had to leave windows open and woke up each morning with mosquito bites.
Room layout is odd, with the shower and sink next to the bed and separate smaller room for toilet. No exhaust fan in room/bathroom.

「The suites are located in the old town, so in the heart of all that’s going on.
Cosimo was very helpful, informative and took us to our room overlooking the old bridge and beach below. We had a Juliette balcony, so if you want one with a table and chairs to sit out…book that room. Our room itself was nicely furnished - beach theme and was clean. Outside our door however, there were cigarette butts and we came back to a couple of teenagers smoking on the terrace (which explained the cig...Neelashree
