「The room was spotless, the hostess Monica was super kind and helpful with everything, the room had everything I could need and the public transport was very close to the place. Amazing stay」

「The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional. The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning in the bedroom was unbelievably loud and not working.
