As a budget motel it was clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The shower was hot and worked well. The room had everything we needed and the staff were pleasant. We were not expecting luxury accommodation but were pleased to have had a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a lovely stay at Pelicans, the check in process was really quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. It felt a little cold at night but the reverse cycle aircon really helped. Took a while to get hot/warm water otherwise we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to others

Older Motel, but nice and clean with all the basics and in good order. Handy to San Remo and Phillip Island without being in the middle of the crush when busy. Nice wide parking bay at the front door. Friendly and efficient Staff….all good, thanks.

This is an excellent Budget motel. It is very clean and tidy. Nice and quiet. I will be staying here again next time I have to service my clients on Philip island. A breakfast option would be nice but there is an IGA within walking distance where I was able to buy my breakfast requirements.
