「The hotel is located in a somewhat hidden but very quiet area. My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and I must say we had a great time. The building is new, and direct access to the room by car is a plus. Cleanliness is excellent, as is the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended.」

「We had an amazing stay at this lovely property. Staff was very friendly and with a translator App we were able to communicate as they spoke very little English - but this didn’t have any Impact on our stay at all. Very well maintained garden, great outdoor breakfast - we loved it!」

「If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. 」

「Ci siamo fermati un giorno giusto x spezzare un viaggio lungo. Check-in tutto normale e ragazza al desk cortese. Il vero problema si è presentato sia a pranzo che alla sera dove x avere quanto ordinato sono servite più di 2 ore a pasto senza che nessuno del personale si prendesse la cura o coraggio di informare circa i ritardi (la lamentela parte per il fatto di avere una bambina di 2 anni). Nel complesso la camera con il terrazzo non sono risultate essere esageratamente pulite con lenzuola...

「L'hôtel Tenuta Villa Colle Sereno à Montemarciano est une ancienne bâtisse formidable. Bien situé et dans un cadre très agréable. personnel accueillant parlant aussi bien français et forcement italien. Petit déjeuner typique italien. Chambre grande et propreté irréprochable.」

「Allora punti positivi (molti): - la Gentilezza e la disponibilità delle proprietarie Paola e la Signora Adriana; - la pulizia (menzione particolare per la ragazza della Costa d'avorio) - il cibo (sebbene con una certa rigidità negli orari) - la posizione centrale, vista sul mare e l'accesso alla spiaggia ideali per chi come me portava al mare una signora anziana) unico punto negativo è l'immobile che risale al 1962 e che necessiterebbe di una bella rinfrescata soprattutto nella sale da bagno...

「Great location and we enjoyed our stay. We had planned for a longer stay, but the property did not have laundry facility or a gym both of which is a high priority for us. The staff were great and accommodating and breakfast was great!」
