a quiet, no too big hotel with well equipped rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace in front of the sea is just marvelous. 5 minutes from the station, and free bikes to move around town and along the shore.

Pausa estiva a Senigallia meno comoda del solito

Ormai è un po' una consuetudine per me trascorrere qualche giorno a Senigallia ad agosto, molto spesso proprio all'hotel City che frequento da anni. Stavolta il soggiorno (prenotato su Hotels.com invece che direttamente sul sito del City) si è rivelato un po' meno comodo del solito, dato che la camera assegnatami era dotata di un bagno davvero molto piccolo! Per fortuna il resto della stanza era più spazioso e dotato di armadio, cassetti e comodini dove sistemare al meglio le proprie cose... Presenti anche, come sempre, un piccolo tv e un piccolo frigobar (anche se la temperatura di refrigerazione non era altissima) e, in bagno, un set di cortesia di vari prodotti (docciaschiuma, shampoo, crema corpo, vanity set, cuffia doccia). Ho trovato la colazione un po' deludente per qualità e assortimento rispetto agli anni scorsi e la sala colazione un po' troppo affollata e rumorosa, quindi ho optato per un bar vicino che offre anche brioche integrali! La posizione della struttura è sempre ottima per godersi la spiaggia e pure il centro storico, anche se il chiasso del lungomare dura fino a tarda notte e sfida la pur buona insonorizzazione delle camere... Personale efficiente e disponibile.

Perfect location lovely stay

City Hotel is perfectly located to make the most of Senigallia. It's very clean and the staff is very kind. The structure has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea we loved to have breakfast on. Highly recommended!
