This property sits on a regular little local neighborhood street which can be a little deceiving at first but once you slide open those big wooden doors you're immersed into the beauty of this property! It was clean, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The plaza/"downtown" area of Tlaquepaque is a short 7 min walk from the hotel, the area is safe. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, offering a variety of foods. Breakfast included...

「Venden el Hotel como Radisson, no deberían, deja mucho que desear, el servicio es pesimo, te dicen que no sirve el Aire Acondicionado en plena época de calor, en recepción se burlan de solicitar algún abanico o cambio de habitación, no recomendaria este hotel para nada, es viejo, huele a humedad, y las instalaciones se están cayendo. El pretexto del gas en los aires, lo usan muy seguido, aun sabiendo que no sirven y no hacen nada por reparar los aires ni el servicio.」
