Outstanding !! We loved how they took care of us. All the staff were amazing, Natalia and Yasna were exceptional with their customer service. Following their advice and recommendations on the local surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so well planned and designed, from the original welcome tour to the final day facilities available for swimming, showering and luggage storage after check out times. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We felt so...

We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...

Very clean, very nice staff. The pool is clean too. Breakfast is prepared on demand.

Fantastic choice. Great location. Clean room. Incredibly helpful staff.

Five star for everything. Specially staff that were always friendly and helpful. The place is amazing.

The hotel offers many excursions to different spots in and near the desert, at different times of the day (sunrise, sunset) and requiring different levels of physical exertion. The staff organizing these are well-informed and very helpful. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The food is as varied as it can be, given...
