「I love the location, room was absolutely comfortable and clean. Everything was fine until there is a lot of college students occupying the other rooms it was noisy and they party until 3am no respect at all. I hope they will put a sign to remind others specially at night after 10PM to be mindful with other occupants. 」

The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets. 「Modern hotel/condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Jake and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful and are available all times of the day for anything you require. Balcony is lovely and higher floor - 3 - will give you a glimpse, through the palm trees of the ocean. Pool is small but lovely for a cooling dip and to lay in the sun. Their supplied Belize guide is fantastic. You are close by numerous restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, over the water bars and gas stations...

「The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

「Pretty room. Kitchen was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Mosquitoes were fierce! It would have been nice to have shampoo and soap for the shower. Walkable to nice beach and restaurants. Would stay again.」
