「We love this hotel. It has everything one needs; kitchen, restaurant on site, pool, grounds for activities. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We don’t have everyone’s name that helped us but Abraham did come and fix our table. Very polite and friendly. All staff including restaurant service excellent.」

「I contacted the property to let them know the reservation was not placed/ I didnt make it. Crickets. Come to find out, there is no reception/lobby/ anyone on the property and is non refundable. Expedia forwarded and email and havent heard since. Expedia is also 0/10. No help at all!」

「My wife and I had an excellent 2-night stay in unit 3 while visiting San Clemente for our nephew's HS graduation. The unit was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and well appointed. The view and sounds of the surf breaking on the beach was loved. The one and only nuisance was the beach campfire smoke that would blow in with the onshore breeze each night from around 7 to 10:30pm. Since we have some breathing sensitivities, we ended closing up the unit and spent our time off-site during that...

「Property is right along the Main Street, very convenient to restaurants, shops, and several beaches. Bagel Shack is right next door, perfect for morning breakfast. Friendly staff.」

「Nothing special about the hotel price was economical, towels too thin, found hair in the rest room and shower that did not belong to me.」

「I really wanted to love this place. It is just steps away from my favorite beach. Between buckling flooring and holes in the cabinets it’s just felt run down. The beds and rooms were clean but it needs some work. Parking was also an issue if you have anything other than a small car you will not fit in the parking garage which is a block away. Again I wanted to love it but we were disappointed.」

「It was 2.9 stars on Expedia. It was a lea than one star. There was black mildew in the shower stall and it was not clean. The room was not cleaned or serviced the entire time. The flooring was a vinyl plank and the butt joints were separated, the planks were bubbled and didn't lie flat. The staff was non responsive and the office was not attended. You had to ring a bell and even then the attendant never came out. The worst part it the fee was not refundable. Parking was ok」
