「前台服務員的表現親和力佳，但我一定得拿出訂單號碼就感覺有點不好，當時我跳島回來東西有點多，手機又沒電，但服務員堅持一定要有訂單編號，讓我覺得有點麻煩，不是飯店都會有客人名單嗎？房間整體乾淨整齊，空間也很大，住起來挺舒適的，但一進廁所就有潮濕悶久了的味道，聞起來很可怕，而且給我的大毛巾也是有潮濕悶久的味道很重，使我不敢用那條毛巾，我對於味道的部分很在意，如果能改善就能更好了」

「It was a unique and wonderful experience. Not the normal avg resort. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and genuinely want your experience to be fantastic. I loved falling asleep to the ocean, the variety of food offered and just the relaxed vibe. The resort is the only place on the island. 「酒店位置不错，在十字架山的半山腰，可以俯瞰整个科隆湾！房间设施很新，隔音很好，床很舒服！晚上很安静，不像在路边酒店晚上很吵闹休息不好！泳池很干净，晚上在泳池边小酌两杯甚是惬意！出门可以让前台帮忙叫车，很方便！四楼的平台风景很好，只是最近雨季天天下雨无法感受俯瞰科隆湾的感觉！总之我会推荐我的朋友去科隆旅行选择这家酒店，不会后悔的选择！忘了说了，酒店的服务员态度很热情，非常乐意帮忙解决一些问题，下午会用雨伞凯接送客人进去酒店，非常贴心！」
