「Everyone here was so lovely! Very close to the town of Santiago」

「Our stay at Hotel Taa' Tiin was lovely. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hosts were warm and friendly, and the delicious breakfast each morning was a treat. The location is ideal—just a short, easy walk to San Juan's beautiful, colorful umbrella and coffee streets. We also tried the traditional Temazcal on the property, which was an exceptionally relaxing and refreshing experience.」

「Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive.」

「Necesitan mejorar el servicio de restaurante」

「I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back.」

「Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning.」

「Hermoso hotel」

「Muy bonito」

「Buena relación precio y calidad」

「Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.」

「BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL! This hotel will inspect your chest and charge you for a spot you didn’t even use or make a mess of. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. They even control the air conditioning and how cold your room can be. Honestly, any cheap motel would be a better choice than this place. Save your money and avoid the frustration. I strongly recommend that you do not book or rent a room here.」

「It was fine . But a bit disappointed about the trash places in the hided corner of the hotel . The place was still beautiful.」

「Beautiful place with a great view of the lake and a peaceful vibe.」

「My sense is that any place in the area has good views of the lake, and the difference is that the Picnic is located a bit higher up than other places, thus maybe better views of the lake and the volcanoes? One has to decide if taking many steep stairs up and down would be worth the views? The bathroom is outside with about 12 stairs down and then up. If one needs to use the toilet in the middle of the night, one needs to bring the flashlight and hear all the animal sounds. The amenities are...
