Needs lots of improvements

The room had no shampoo, conditioner, soap, no hangers in closet, no amenities, only a half used bottle of old hand soap. Internet didn't work, no coffee in rooms, and reservation said free breakfast and there was none. They also have you wait while they walk through the room and inspect it when you check, very odd. High price for low service.

En general muy bien. Aproveché fui a una boda cerca de ahí y por las obras, no tuve que meterme a SMA. Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable, muy atentos, todo limpio. Te dejan dos botellitas de agua de cortesia en la habitación, solo como retroalimentacion: 1- Queria tomar un pastilla soluble y no te dejan vasos en la habitación. 2- Llovió mucho esa noche y el estacionamiento se enlodaba mucho, por poco me atasco, seria bueno poner mas grava. Todo muy bien y muy bonito!!

Pésima experiencia

Llegamos al hotel a las 2:30 x q el check in es a las 3 con la intención de tomar masajes y relajarnos. Inmediatamente la de recepción bastante grosera me hizo saber q ya no habia disponibilidad q seria hasta el dia siguiente a medio día. Nosotros solo íbamos por q noche a relajarnos y resulta q el check out es a las 11 entonces no había modo de tener nuestros masajes. No hubo Opciones y lo único q dijo la sra fue q se me habia enviado x watts la información siendo esto totalmente falso, jamas se me informo q debia reservar los masajes con anticipación. Los cuartos la verdad bastante feos por el precio no lo valía. Y termine retirándome. Mala experiencia, les falta información y lo q te ofrecen nada q ver.

La recepcionista pésima . En la aplicación prometen entradas a escondido place y dijo que tenía más de un año que no lo tienen. Y no hizo nada por mejorarlo pero eso sí en sus políticas de limpieza bien cuadrada . Así que actualicen sus promociones y no engañen a las personas

El Hotel es pequeño pero es bastante espacioso, la atencion del personal es excelente, siempre muy amables, las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, tal vez faltaria un aire acondicionado, pero en general son frescas, la alberca y la alberca techada estan increibles, el agua es termal, el desayuno esta bien. incluye la entrada a esconido place

Excelente opción para estar cerca de San Miguel y Dolores sin estar dentro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas con camas muy cómodas, desayunos muy ricos. El hecho de que te regalen la entrada al balneario de Escondido place es un detallazo además que ellos cuentan con alberca techada con agua termal. Nos encantó! A pesar que fuimos en Semana Santa y el hotel estaba lleno nos atendieron de maravilla!
