El hotel parece un hotel fantasma, nos recibió una señorita que era la única en el lugar, cuando pedimos que nos cambiara el control de la tv porque no servia, nos dijo que no se podía, porque solo ese control estaba configurado, cuando hicimos el chek out no había nadie en la recepción para recibir las llaves y el famoso control.

Hotel no tiene agua caliente, sucio, olor a humedad, la pantalla no prendía, el wifi no funcionaba bien, no había personal en recepción tuve que solicitar reembolso porque el agua caliente no se tendría por ser semana Santa no había plomero disponible según la recepcionista

Al llegar y mostrar mi preservación, comentó la recepcionista qué al tener problema con la plataforma Hotels.Com no me la podían hacer válida,por lo que tuve que pagar el precio regular del hotel. Las habitaciones están bien solo para ir a dormir.

En general bien, buen precio, fui a un evento familiar, cumplio con mis expectativas, es muy básico no apto para exigentes, no incluye desayuno, un poco incómodo los espacios para estacionar, aunque solo es de 2 niveles no tiene elevador, no tiene aire acondicionado.Si necesitas de algún servicio o consumo lo puedes hacer caminando, lo más cercano es un Oxxo a 3 minutos; o en auto a Plaza La Luciérnaga a 3 minutos o caminando harás 7 minutos

No tiene lo que ofrecen, ni internet, ni restaurante, ni lavandería. Las recepcionista nunca saben nada (ni de un menú que dejaron en mi habitación el cual nunca pude contactar al restaurante) todavía Megacable les cortó el servicio (muy probablemente por falta de pago) busquen otra opcion

Terrible experiencia

Muy mala experiencia, no había agua caliente y estaba lleno de chinches. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel porque la administración no daba solución. Solicité un reembolso de la última noche y no quisieron devolverme el dinero.
