Nice hotel close to the center of Town

It was a nice hotel. Room was ok. Shower flooded and water came Into the room. We did not bother to report it to manager as we were staying for a day.

Uno de los principales motivos para elegir este lugar es que en su pagina dice que cuenta con estacionamiento y al llegar te dicen que no y que la mejor opción es dejar tu auto en un estacionamiento que esta a mas de 5 cuadras y con un costo adicional!!

Unfortunately its hard to give them anything more than zero stars since the room was inhabitable because of the construction noice. We checked in late afternoon and went out to town until late at night. Up to that point everything was ok. We went to sleep but got woken up at 6am with construction noice from the adjacent building. I'm not talking about hard to hear and talk to each other construction noice. We were only staying in San Miguel one night so it was pointless for us to move but we still went to talk to the front desk to complaint and they seemed like they didn't care. They mentioned that they knew about the noice because people had complained that whole week but they couldn't do anything about it, however why would you put guest in rooms that you know are inhabitable. The place has another wing of rooms which they all seem unoccupied that could have been offered instead. I asked them about that and he said that we had reserved a "family" suite with 3 beds and that was the only one. But again if they know that room was inhabitable why would they not offer two smaller rooms or try to accommodate us somewhere else?? Their attitude towards the whole thing was unapologetic and unexpected. We just showered and left the room by 9am because of the constant noise. Would not come back or recommend this place. There are plenty of other hotels in the surrounding area to chose from.

Amazing time in Guanajuato!

Our stay at This hotel was awesome! It was a great experience we did a night tour ( La Callehonada ) it is a must 👍 everything is walking distance from there and lots of restaurants and small eateries for everyone’s tast. Planning on coming back !

Hotel muy céntrico y cómodo

El hotel está muy cerca del centro, cómodo para recorrer el pueblo a pie y cerca de restaurantes y sitios turísticos. No cuenta con estacionamiento pero ofrecen uno a cuatro cuadras con un costo de $250 por día. El sitio está agradable, las habitaciones temáticas a la lotería. La habitación que nos dieron me pareció un poco oscura ya que no cuenta con ventanas (era una casa vieja), pero como solo llegamos a dormir no fue problema, además la puerta con ventanas ilumina y ventila. El personal muy amable y atentos.
