Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it

This was the third occasion on which I’ve stayed at the hotel in ten years. Provided that a) you’re happy to stay in a hotel constructed on a steep slope with numerous steps and b) located on the flight path, with planes passing overhead within 200/300 feet during daylight hours, then this is an excellent place to stay. The hotel lies within a 10 minute taxi ride of the airport and is around 200 metres downhill from a bus stop on a route to and from the airport. Provided you don’t intend to travel extensively around the island, there is no need to hire a car. I find spending €60-70 euros in total on taxis and buses a much easier option. A five minute stroll takes you to the seafront and an enjoyable walk to Los Abrigos. Two golf courses lie within a 12 minute walk of the hotel and there are 5 mini markets within 300 metres of the hotel. Whilst a number of restaurants and bars have closed during the pandemic, there’s still a good choice of restaurants within 400 metres of the hotel. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped apart from any washing up utensils or washing up liquid and although I requested a frying pan and a toaster from reception neither were forthcoming. The swimming pool was very clean and warm but usage limited due to Covid regs. Overall a great place to stay.

Hotellin sijainti golf-kenttien ja lehtokentän läheisyydessä sopi meidän tarpeisiin hyvin. Hotelli oli hyvässä kunnossa ja huoneisto oli tilava sekä hyvin varusteltu. Hotellialue oli myös rauhallinen. Olimme yöpymiseemme erittäin tyytyväisiä.

The hotel requires to be updated. It appears to being sold off room by room. There was no WiFi in the room, furniture and decoration dated. We were staying only one night so location was important. Route to room with heavy bags convoluted with stairs. Central for golf del sur. price very good

We had a lovely stay at the Royal Albatross Apartments. The rooms were clean and tidy, the pool well controlled (social distancing measures) and all the local grocery shops and restaurants were open over the Christmas period.

I caught the 415 Titsa bus from TFS which runs roughly hourly (direction Colegio) and costs E 2.30 with a TEN+ card which you can buy from a machine adjacent to the stop for E 2.00, then add cash for fares. The bus takes about 15 mins depending on traffic and stops 50 yards from the Albatross just past Grandee O’Donnell Irish bar. Reception was very efficient and quick given that I had five separate one night consecutive reservations!. Having shown my Passport and U.K. Covid vaccination certificate I found my room which was a pleasant surprise- much better than expected with oven, four ring hob, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment plus cutlery, china and utensils including tin opener, scissors and corkscrew. SouthWest facing balcony had two bedchairs and a table with two chairs. fair size bathroom with small bathtub. TV had BBC 1 and 2 plus ITV and Ch 4 plus Bloomberg in English and 80+ foreign channels. I couldn’t connect to the WiFi but I carry a MiFi from “3” network and this performed well enough to watch iPlayer plus Sky Sports and BtlT Sport app on my laptop. comfy bedroom with lots of hangers and storage space (which kitchen lacks) - thoroughly recommended

AC Not Working. Staff not nice and couldn’t sleep

They upgraded my room but AC didn’t work. Normal room had no view at all. Very hot and couldn’t sleep. Maybe unlucky but wouldn’t return.

No Internet, no restaurant arrived around 8.30pm with two small children, to then be told the restaurant was not open at the moment, supermarkets closed at this time of evening as well, managed to walk and find an Irish Bar that we managed to get some food. Nowhere to buy breakfast so had to go to the supermarket to get some food. No bedsheets waited until 11pm to be given some. Pool you have to clock in, the pool doesn't open until 10am, and then if you cannot get there at that time you have no chance of getting a slot, they are only allowing a certain number of people to use the pool. I am so glad we only had to stay here one night, would not recommend at the moment for people with a family.

No me ha gustado nada el hotel todo muy viejo y antiguo las zonas comunes si estaban cuidadas pero el apartamento antiguo y sin las comodidades de Dia a dia, sin aire acondicionado con ventiladores en el techo y para poder apagar la luz de la habitación con un mando Y en la limpieza al entrar parece todo muy limpio para mi gusto excesivo en el ambientador pero a los días siguientes no se asoma ni Dios a recoger la habitación

We arrived after dark, it was difficult to find our apartment. We went to bed and were bitten alive by mosquitoes in the bedroom. Spent a sleepless night trying to get rid of them. Next morning at check out I reported the problem, the receptionist did apologise however did not really appear to be interested. That was the first night of our holiday and suffered with horrendous bites for the next three or so.

Отличный отель с довольно таки неплохим расположением. Магазины, ресторанчики, марина - всё рядом. Стоянка для авто рядом с отелем тоже приличного размера. Без места не останетесь. Номера выглядят хорошо. По домашнему. Есть кухня со всем необходимым, включая посуду. Просторный санузел и большая кровать с хорошим матрасом в спальне. В общем, рекомендую!

Vi fick snabbt hitta ett rum på Teneriffa när vårt flyg inte kunde ta oss till Las Palmas förra lördagen. Personalen slet med att försöka ge alla ett rum, trots att det var överbokat pga den plötsliga höga efterfrågan som bokningssajterna inte klarade av och bekräftade allas bokning, trots att det inte fanns några rum lediga..... Stor eloge till personalen som löste situationen efter bästa förmåga!!

Nähe zum Flughafen hat es nicht gestört.

Guter Service, schöne Zimmer Punkt da es eine Geschäftsreise war hatten wir leider keine Zeit, die Poolanlage zu benutzen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört, obwohl man das eine oder andere Flugzeug gehört hat. Am Frühstücksbüffet ist die Auswahl reichlich und es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort, da wir öfters in dieser Gegend beruflich unterwegs sind.
