「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Mathia (the host) runs a wonderful boutique hotel. Its location just outside the walls of the ancient city is perfect for its convenience but also for local restaurants and bistros used by the citizens of Verona. The rooms were well maintained and the kitchen supplied with everything one needs. All of Mathia's eating recommendations were excellent.」
