"Place is nice. Took our young kids picked the place for the breakfast and it was good but had to wait 10 mins for plates. Called down for extra towels and blankets guy told me he would be right up, never showed. Had to go down the next day myself and get them. Kids loved the pool"

"My second time staying here. This is a near-perfect small hotel. Located right in the middle of SLO's wonderfully walkable downtown. My room was very large, with a very generous patio. Excellent shower, excellent bed. The place has the feel of a good place o work, a nice vibe. Restaurant is top-notch, especially for a hotel restaurant. One very small complaint. And this is for all hotel designers everywhere: Leave the lights alone. Use normal switches with rheostats. Don't make me study the instant I enter the room. "
