「Clean room. Good price」

「I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. 」

「Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong. To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people....

「Clean, budget-friendly hotel walking distance to the beach. AC works well. Couldn’t get much sleep due to street noise. I could hear every car and truck pass by and our room was not even the closest to the street. May stay again in the future if traveling with a big group. I’ll just wear noise canceling headphones or bring medicine to help me sleep.」

「The area was nice but the rooms was not at all. Trying to check in was a nightmare. Room was not ready when arrived. I didn't have wifi at all.」

「The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!」

「Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. 」

「Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods. We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. 」
