I have been staying for 10 nights at the Bali Posh Hotel in Carolina, Isla Verde and I can overall say that it is a nice modern designed hotel with daily breakfast at the pool bar and outdoor dining side. It contains bagels, croissants, yoghurt and biles eggs plus some fruits, too. I have travels by myself this time to Puerto Rico after staying at Bali Posh already this year with my son in April before. The hotel is safe a d I felt safe. The beach is walkable and beautiful. I would only like to mention that ones which would like to sary at Bali Posh Hotel should l Le that you have to cross the highway over a secure bridge. The way from the hotel to the beautiful beach is not far to walk at all. I would like to speak highly positive about Cecilio at this point who is at any given day very attentive and friendly ; Cecilio works daily on / at the beach for Bali Posh Hotel. Also Daniela, housekeeper lady, had been very friendly. In short: I can recommend this hotel which is also very close to Old Town San Juan. With an uber like 16 mins away depending on traffic and time of the day. Me personally lives in VA and I will come back to Bali Posh Hotel in the near future. Anke

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bali Hotel and Resort in Puerto Rico when we visited in May. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and right at home. A big shout out to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, it truly made a difference in our stay. The hospitality was top notch, with everyone going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. Special thanks to Xavier, the head bartender, who stood out with his incredible service, warm personality, and top-tier cocktails. He truly added a special touch to our vacation!

Everyone was extremely nice… Johnathan was top tier helpful.. rooms stay clean.. overall vibe.. pool side drinks a plus .. liquor is a all time low though.. you would have to buy many drinks in order to get a kick! Other than that 4 day stay was excellent!!

From the moment we arrived at Bali Posh Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. Nestled in a beautiful location in Puerto Rico, this hotel exceeded all our expectations and delivered a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and warm island hospitality. The property itself is stunning tropical, serene, and impeccably maintained. The design strikes a beautiful balance between modern elegance and cozy island charm. Every corner of the hotel from the grand lobby to the tranquil pool area feels thoughtfully curated and incredibly inviting. Our room was spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds, tasteful décor, and breathtaking views. Every detail, from the high-end toiletries to the plush linens, showed their attention to comfort and quality. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying morning coffee on our private balcony. What truly sets Bali Posh apart is the service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. From check-in to check-out, we felt like VIP guests the entire time.The food at the hotel restaurant was another highlight fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. This is a very convenient , modern, good vibe hotel. It was our first time and definitely we have to come back, I love the vibe , decoration, and the staff specially Edgardo all was incredible, above my expectations. Aesthetically pleasing but other wise the room was breaking apart. Couldn’t put anything in the drawers because the dresser would lean forward, when using the faucet, it would stick out causing water to leak everywhere, the bathroom cabinets were super cheap. Limited to bath towels, giving us pool towels instead. Breakfast is cheap - bagels and croissants. Room service was declined once and then they never came back around. Environment is pretty but that’s about it - feels cheap.

Property just as pictured. Could have been cleaner. Pool side loungers very stained and dirty. Bring your own towels they were very dingy and they offered no wash clothes (luckily brought my own). No ice machine on property must get it from bar, if open. There is also only one mirror inside the room and it is in the bathroom, which is not full length. Also no safe for valuables.

We are travellers. First time I’ve seen a hotel without any access to computer/ printer if their travellers need one. No microwave where travellers can heat up food at anytime of the day. Front desk clerk missing in action and no where to find when we need help. Otherwise, the place is”A” ok.

When I walked in the hotel, I felt like i was in a spa. It was beautiful. Many places to eat near by. The breakfast:yogurt, bagel, croissant, ham&cheese, fruit, coffee/tea. No hot food. Great location but scary that it is off the highway. Need to be careful when walking outside the hotel. Need to cross a bridge to walk to the beach. Take a towel. We stayed 4 days and no beach umbrella only chairs. I will certainly stay again at this hotel.
