Loved this property (terrace room). Very spacious and clean. Located by great restaurants and points of interest. The terrace was private but provided and eagle eye view of the street below and park across the street. Bathroom very small, but clean and functional. Shower was hot every use.

A wonderful little guest house. I had a mini apartment. It was perfect. I even had a little balcony where I could see what was going on. And the street below. Perfect location walking distance to every place. I like to go. very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this property. I felt very welcome and it was a quiet, cool, little home away from home. It was in the middle of Viejo San Juan so everything needed was close by. Grocery store was across the street plus restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Also museums and the historic El Morro was a 13 minute walk and Castillo San Cristobal was 5. I'm glad I chose this property... However, do not expect perfection, this building is very old and so are the buildings around it so there was an issue with ... roaches. Also I was given multiple instructions to get into the property so when i couldnt get in late at night I had my Lyft driver speak to the property manager (Magaly) and translate the right instructions. Bright side Magaly did answer the phone eventhough it was late and I was in my room in no time.

The room was very clean and the location was perfect. It was in the center of everything, which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful culture in Old San Juan. The staff was extremely helpful and replied promptly. The bed was comfortable and the treats provided were a thoughtful surprise. We will definitely stay again.

Loved the room we stayed in. Was close to everything and best part was the balcony, being able to take in the night life of Old San Juan was priceless. The place is very well located, clean and really cute. Be aware there is not parking available but I was aware of that with a good anticipation and didn’t bring any car with me to the Old San Juan, this is not in particular with this property, is something related with the entire city. But a good walk around makes you feel that you don’t need a car at all. The location is a plus, close to too many things but Old San Juan is actually a small place, easy to access from any space center to the Plaza Colon. We liked it a lot.

Our stay was amazing! The apt was clean and well maintained. So close to all the bars and restaurants! Sofias had amazing food and the brick house staff were very knowledgeable of the area. Offering plenty of must sees! Communication was on point when needed. They accommodated an early check in as to not have to lug our luggage around San Juan for several hours. This was greatly appreciated! Will be staying again for sure!

Todo queda muy cerca y si lo que quieres es conocer el viejo San Juan está es tu mejor opción. , no necesitas carro para nada porque todo queda muy cerca , desde que llegas te encuentras con galletas de regalo y la hospitalidad fue increíble , hay muchos restaurantes cerca , los lugares más importante te quedan a 5o 10 minutos máximos , cuenta con todo lo que necesitas cómo toallas , secadora de pelo , plancha para la ropa , todo lo que no puedes traer en el avión , yo le doy la máxima calificación , por mi experiencia, resérvela y experimentelo usted mismo ( consejo si buscas privacidad y solo quieres la casa para dormir escoge una habita avión en interior si te gusta los amaneceres con el sol te recomiendo el que tiene balcón

Right in the heart of OSJ, literally three blocks from the port moorings for cruisers. Nice hiatus for a night or two. We missed the ability to cook anything (not a pan in the pantry). Irrregular Wi-Fi, no electric for our last four hours, but there are some wonderful local dining within a block or three and endless people-watching from the wee balcony.
