Señora Irene was outstanding. And all of her staff. My family and I had a great time at her establishment. The swimming pool was great/warm water. The best coffee!

My daughter and I absolutely loved KC Hotel San José! It is just like an oasis in the middle of the city. Nice atmosphere, with natural plants everywhere. People can enjoy a delicious food at the Baraka restaurant with a relaxing view to the swimming pool, which is also warm! The hotel has a Gym and offers spa services. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff! I would stay again in my next visit to Costa Rica and recommend it 100%!

Clean, comfortable hotel with good food at the restaurant (if a little expensive). Nice swimming pool. Neighbourhood is not that great but it is only a short taxi drive from attractions

Great service and Ambience. The breakfast was light and fulfilling. Only thing I would say is maybe adding an iron and board and fridge in the superior rooms. Other than that great stay and will be booking again.

We didn’t get to the hotel until 2:00am and whoever was at the desk was so helpful. There isn’t an elevator so they helped us with bags while we carried our sleeping kids. The hotel was quiet and beautiful- the breakfast delicious- service was beyond- would absolutely recommend for nice retreat!

I visited KC hotel for my first trip to Costa Rica. Everyone I encountered in the staff happened to be so kind and offered excellent customer service. They seemed happy to be there and the hotel had a cozy atmosphere. The free breakfast was great and the lunch options were tasty. Overall I would stay there again great place!

The heated pool was excellent, and next to the bar and restaurant. Very relaxing atmosphere within the hotel. Excellent jump-off point for exploring San Jose. Uber rides were plentiful. Parking on-site was a bonus as there is very little parking in San Jose.
