The walls were dirty, the carpet disgusting, the bathroom door was delaminating, the outlets were loose, the curtains were in disrepair & falling down, the linnens were stained, the striker plate for the door was falling off, the AC unit was overheating, the furniture was peeling, the faucey was loose and plumbed backwards, the toilet bolts were broken, the shower curtain had black smeared fingerprints on it. Until this property gets a massive face lift, stay far away. The only redeeming quality was the person workung when we checked in - he was incredibly kind.

The place actually exceeds our expectation. The room was adequate for what we needed: shower and sleep. Our little boy enjoyed the water pressure from both sink and shower. No sign of pest, but they didn't clear the fridge before our check in.

I booked the room for $244. Then at check-in it was $344. Not happy with booking. The staff was great. And the property is clean and nice. Front desk. Person very nice and accommodating. Bummed it advertised breakfast. But sadly no breakfast.

The room was close to the swimming pool, the room needs to be updated the bathtub was dirty and had marks that need to be cleaned AS.A.P. I booked an extra night just because it was close to the family home for the 3 nights nobody came to clean de room o change the towels. No going back.

Hi there, I am looking for Andy. I checked in last night (late Wednesday night/early Thursday) around 12:30 am local time. Kris was very helpful in getting me checked in and settled. What followed however was not acceptable. We went to room 16, and it was absolutely filthy. The sheets (see pictures) were very dirty and gross. I had to ask myself, would anyone from management want themselves or their family to stay here tonight? The smell was not good. The bathroom walls were filthy. The baseboards were not clean. It was honestly so unpleasant I called 8 different hotels to see if there were any other options at 1am. After having everything else booked, I stayed. It was such a disappointing experience after a long day of air travel from out of state. I can deal with a dated hotel, but this was absolutely unacceptable with filthy sheets and not clean room. I would request a full refund for the nights stay and that will be the end of it. Otherwise, I will be writing a full detailed Google Review, Yelp, Hotel.com, and other content on social media. To be charged an outrageous rate for such a terrible experience is just disappointing. Kris was very helpful and kind so please thank him for his support. I will be waiting to hear back. Honest management, good sleep

The owner/manager was great and honest. He gave us a choice of upstairs or downstairs and carpet or hardwood flooring. The price was great for the area (not the best), had a transient stumble in as we were checking in looking for a friend. Door frame to our room appeared to have been kicked in before. Pool was closed for maintenance and there was no spa which were the reasons we chose this hotel. There was also no breakfast as the hotels.com listing showed it had and was another reason we chose this hotel. So we were a bit let down upon checking in. The room, however, was clean and nice. Despite the location of the hotel it was quiet and we slept well both nights. Enough hot water in shower for each family member to shower one after the other and bathroom appeared to have been remodeled and upgraded recently. So while we were disappointed our booking wasn't what we had hoped for it was a decent hotel, we were able to relax and sleep well, and had no other issues than those mentioned above. Would we stay there again, for the price, yes if everything was in working order the next time. Again these were not issues the hotel management could have fixed during our stay as they were unexpected on their end as well. Manger was very open and honest up front at check in which we appreciated.

Wish I were there.

Made over motel not Days Inn quality. We are elders and carrying an even small suitcase up outdoor steps was unexpected. Breakfast was not offered here. These 2 realities without prior knowledge created a negative reaction. This property, even if clean, does not feel like it is. This motel was not truthful of its condition. The 3rd party also did not give information of the reality.
