The stay was enjoyable overall. The food was decent, with several restaurants available on-site. We opted for the Italian cuisine, while the portions were quite small, the pizza stood out as especially delicious. Unfortunately, both restaurants we tried had wait times exceeding an hour, which was a bit frustrating. Swimming in the ocean wasn’t an option due to safety concerns, but the views were absolutely stunning and made up for it. The entertainment was a highlight—there was something happening every night, and the resort offered a daytime schedule with activities like aerobics, volleyball, and soccer to keep guests engaged.

I had a wonderful vacation at the Krystal! The staff was exceptional...shout out to Rosalba, Sergio, Fanny and Jose at the Grill!!! My concierge Gabriel was so very helpful and kind...Luis at the front desk was welcoming and very kind! I ate at every restaurant and the food was very good and the service exceptional! I will definitely be coming back to the Krystal!

Overall it’s a place to relax, family friendly. If you want to drink or party I would suggest staying closer to los cabos. Bars didn’t have many drink options and pool bartender were not very welcoming. Other than that Gabriel and Omar always kept checking with us and making sure we were taken care of. Not many food options breakfast buffet got old after day 2. Would recommend if you want to go and relax.

Loud, spread out like a poured pile of thick manure, hard to navigate with the signage. Waited 10 minutes (with many empty tables around) to be greeted by waiter at Italian restaurant and finally left for another. Seated at new table at last in the Asian restaurant, was again ignored in favor of family group who arrived after. Not nice.

We really enjoyed our time at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. We traveled with our son's family and it was very family friendly. Really great resort , you dont need the upgraded option [Altitude] unless u want to be more secluded and have a more private balcony pool [cool for sure]. Food was great restraunts were what you would get at a decent american place with the breakfast bruch buffet really good. All drinks were good especially mojitos and mezcal margaritas, not skimp on the booze.

The best part about this hotel is having Expedia members here onsite. They went above and beyond to make my stay here wonderful. A special thanks to Omar and Athena who were always there to help. Great resort. Food was decent. The Tepanyaki was really cool, and great for the kids! Pools were nice however in the heat the water became warm. Not really the property’s fault but just worth noting.

Gabriel and Omar were wonderful to ensure that my stay at the hotel would be nice. There was a mix up in the room that I booked and they both went above and beyond to relocate me to room that had the ocean view that I booked along with a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The property needs to be updated but it was clean and presentable. The sliding door in my room fell off the track on 2 different days. Omar had maintenance come by each time to repair it. The restaurants were ok. The adult pool, walking on the beach and the ocean view were great. Overall, I had a nice time especially for the price. Big Thank You to Gabriel, Omar, the waiters, bartenders, maids and the rest of the staff—there were AMAZING.

En realidad todo iba bien hasta que mi hija se abrió el pie en una de las albercas del hotel, estaba quebrado un azulejo y necesito la cocieran le hicieron dos puntos, el hotel se hizo cargo de todo pero si fue una mala experiencia ya que mi hija no pudo seguir disfrutando sus vacaciones, la teníamos que cargar en todo momento y ya no pudo meterse a la alberca. El personal del hotel se portó bien y corrió con cuenta de los gatos pero lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar al 100% por ese tema

When we would ask the room service lady she said they didn't have buffalo. when the menu states buffalo and when we call about the issue they say it's correct and should've been buffalo. I believe it was mostly a language barrier, which is understandable, but the room service kitchen should have everything the room service menu states, and bbq wasn't even on there lol. tv broke so we couldn't use it safe broke halfway through our trip ac broke so our first two nights were miserable chairs outside our "private pool" had bird feces on them. also the private pool is not private, we didn't realize until getting there that it is the lowest level of the building and everybody above you in their balcony's can see you. shops close earlier than the time stated on door no accommodation for special events at all even though they state that they will ask the people at the restaurant to do it and it doesn't happen. wood fence missing a peice in our pool and was all rusty looking pool not clean has black specs all in the grout that easily scraped out with my finger nail. this place was good but it should have been great for what your paying.
