「A very friendly, welcoming hotel, with clean, spacious room. A good location, just between two main thoroughfares. A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains. Only five or six blocks from the artisanal market, if you're looking for nice traditional crafts and gifts.」

「Hernan was so amazingly helpful in guiding us on what to see and how to see them as well as reserved massages and dinner times for us. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our king sized bed was so cozy. We will be back to stay for sure. 」

「The rooms were huge! The staff was super nice and helpful and when we had problem with our room, we were offered a new one without asking. The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area. The breakfast was pretty good too! Even though I would love more cheese variation. All in all great hotel would definitely book it again! 」

Mario and Blanco were fantastic hosts from helping us during our very late arrivals, to a wonderful breakfast each morning, helping us with suggestions on where to go in Old Town, making our dinner reservation & transport to the airport. All were perfect! 」
