"The room was spacious and immaculate. The staff is very welcoming and hospital. Upon arrival I was given a croissant and coffee and a box breakfast to go upon leaving for airport early. The front desk gentleman mapped out all the sites for my husband and I and was very friendly. I asked for an early check-in and was accommodated. This hotel is a great find and I highly recommend it. Great location. Great staff from front desk to the cafe staff."

"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."

"This is a very clean, well maintained, and pleasant boutique hotel. Both the staff at the front desk and the staff that cleans the rooms are courteous, considerate and very friendly. It is located in Politiama near the Garibaldi Theater. It is minutes walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. I had one small issue with the shower and the staff immediately changed my room for my duration there while they corrected the issue. And they were happy to do so. This is my third stay at this property and I highly recommend it."
