「Keswan and the team here were not helpful at all in my booking. Highly recommend avoiding the headache of staying here. Refused to help me in altering my booking at all, even though I contacted them 5 minutes after making my booking (which was two weeks out...) Very unprofessional resort. Will not be coming back. 「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」

「The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.」

「It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful.」

「We needed a hotel close to the CTA airport and Palazzo Sangiorgio is exactly that, about 15 minutes away. It's not in a glamorous location and the hotel is not at a luxury level, but it's clean, well managed, peaceful and quiet. Everything in our room worked perfectly and we were easily able to park to unload our luggage, drive to the airport to drop of our bags and return so we would not need to stress returning the car before an early morning flight.
