「This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. 「 Great location for walking to all the sites. Comfortable apartment. It was a little dirty and dusty. No extra garbage bags were provided and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Also the faucet on the sink was not attached properly.」

Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year」
