Clean and surprisingly large room, with a spacious closet and bathroom. My room happened to have a window to the inside courtyard. Front desk staff/owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. Property located right at the central plaza - cannot be more convenient!

Great location inside the city walls. Historic building with a beautiful courtyard. Room was large, warm, and comfortable in Dec. Host was fantastic and helped us with parking recommendations for our trips to Sienna and Florence. Highly recommend.

Staff is amazing! The hotel is beautiful! Hotel is very clean and a respite from walking all day! Be sure and ask for different pillows if you are particular... they have many kinds to choose from!

This was a beautiful location. The room was spacious and loved the patio for coffee in the mornings. It was very private. We enjoyed the pool and restaurants were great. Breakfast was amazing.
