「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」

「1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then...

「Fußläufig zur Innenstadt gut erreichbar entlang der Etsch. Bis auf den Straßenlärm tagsüber - das Hotel selbst war ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal- allen voran Daniele- ein Muster an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft!! Auch das Zimmer- direkt am erstklassigen Pool und Jaguzzi- war gräumig und für uns beide (73 und 78 Jahre) ideal gelegen, weil ebenerdig. Kompliment!」
