「The hotel itself looks extremely charming once you enter it. The restaurant area and pool are just amazing and really something out of a fantasy. The rooms however are a bit of an anti-climax. They are small, and very simple. Not cosy at all. Just a different way of decorating it could do a lot to give the same vibes as the hotel garden/pool area.」

「The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit.」

「Staff were attentive, but lack options for alcoholic beverages, very convenient to the beach, could used some work on making their pool/beach patio a little bit more desirable to chill, n relax. 」

「We booked a quad room for an overnight stay.. The price is really low and wasnt expecting big but didnt expect that the room was a bit untidy.. Bathroom was terrible.. Shower/Bidet was not working, Water was not strong enough, The smell (Imburnal) and cleanliness.. Clean towels were not provided.. Blankets was too short for 1 person.. Free breakfast was ok.. but we were not informed that they will bang at your door at 6am.. Only thing I liked here is the proximity to other restaurants...

「No towels, soap, shampoo. TV did NOT work. Swimming pools were a scary green. Very overpriced for what you get. Parking was not good. Plus: The air conditioner works great.」

「As soon as we arrived and so the room that they provided, which is not the room I booked, we immediately went out in search of a different place to stay. The room they provided is ok at the most but the facilities is so dirty inclusing the bathroom, and the building itslef seems rickety and falling apart. It is even more expensive than the better accommodations we found.」
