"The master bedroom had a nice view but bathroom wall had a big hole. Second bedroom had now windows and therefore it had an old damp smell. Had to sleep with door open because the the mold smell and fumes. The hotel expected adults to sleep on bump beds. Had to pay extra 130 dollars to get a decent room so 50 year old woman didn’t have to climb a ladder to go to bed. Breakfast was excellent everything else a big disappointment."

"This hotel rose above my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, the service is exceptional, & the room was very clean and spacious. The view from this hotel was beautiful. The cook to order free breakfast was exceptional. The dinner service was exceptional with reasonable prices. I booked a massage and I would do it again, I appreciated that I was able to book that service very last minute. The hot tub was delightful at the end of the night. Overall I would stay here again but for more time."

"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"

"The room was a little dated for us, it was noisy when someone walked around at night , stairs were little steep. The staff was very friendly loved the scenic views. Overall good place to stay. "

"We had a pleasant stay. The Pool is very nice. The restaurant serves Good food with friendly staff. The hotel animals are friendly but the cat bit me when i touched her paw lightly. The room was quite clean but did not smell clean. We had to change room because the first room had no toilet seat which apparently is true for several of the rooms. There are monkeys and exotic birds in the rear of the hotel which is very exciting, but don’t leave anything on the balcony. "
