Near to everything you need to see in town very centric. I am giving low rate since it is not handicap friendly and two of our rooms second floor had problems with no hot water on. A winter visit. Low pressure also

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer gegen den Park sind relativ laut. Das Zimmer war gross und man hatte vom Fenster aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Hauptplatz.Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hätte wieder mal eine Renovation nötig. Personal an der Rezeption spricht leider nur spanisch.

Perfect for the colonial fell of San Cristobal

Hotel is a well maintained but certainly not a new building. We wanted pool for this stay and we got it. We didn't consider climate is a bit on the chill side so just my older daughter was up to the temperature of the outdoors pool. Beds were confortable and room was clean. No food is allowed inside the rooms so no room service either. The hotel restaurant is very good. Is a somewhat small hotel and is perfect because there is hardly any walking to get to your room, restaurant or lobby. We didn't had issues with loud noises but if your too sensitive may not the best hotel for you. Location is perfect right on the main plaza across the colonial cathedral. We liked a lot the rustic decorations because it felt very autentic. Room also a little on the small side but with wifi. Staff very friendly and with a great service attitude.

El estacionamiento está a 4 cuadras hacia arriba

Me ofrecieron Cama King size. Era matrimonial. En San Cristóbal de las casa había mucho frío y en todo el hotel no hay un solo calefactor. Se escuchan los pasos y ruidos de la habitación arriba de la nuestra. NUNCA VOLVERE

Very well located hotel facing the main plaza: close to restaurants, concert and parade grounds (during holidays), and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. We would stay there again.
