「My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.」
