Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view of the lake. I feel the state of the pool and bridge over the pool should be updated. I thought it was a larger property than it was. Loud music playing by the pool and heard in the rooms until after midnight.

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The location is beautiful. Breathtaking views. I prefer a more laid back and quiet vibe. Kula Maya and the town of San Marcos provided that. Great service and very nice apartment, right in the center of San Marcos. Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. Highly do not recommend. The address is not correct. It took us up some stairs in a barrio where the location was not at.
