「Modern hotel on the outskirts of Bologna. You would need a car but this hotel has safe, free parking and is just a few minutes' from the airport. (There are no obvious petrol stations at the airport so fill up the night before if you have booked full to full.) It was a modern, clean room with a 'minibar' type fridge and range of toiletries. They changed the sheets each day. I did book in advance but it cost about £70 for 2 nights B&B for 2 in a double room. Breakfast was very good, help yourself...

「Truly a beautiful and old world look agriturismo. Felt like we were in an antique villa. Large room and excellent service. The owner is very nice and professional. But the agriturismo is great and with great ambiance if you want to stay outside Bologna and take field trips from this location. Same hotel in Tuscany would be double the price.」
