Lovely staff, very comfortable large clean room, great location and super welcoming to our dog! Would stay here again
Could be helpful to include information about parking (very close public car park Centro Storico) on website for those arriving by car.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
My room was a good size with a good bathroom, nicely decorated, and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better.
I was very happy with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, especially the shower. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would definitely stay here again and I do recommend it. The location is great, too.

The Hotel was nice and centrally located. No elevator. The breakfast was mediocre. They put us in a front room facing the street and neglected to tell us their was an electronic music disco across the street. with the bass thumping and music going until 1am. Every now and then the DJ would get on the mike it was hellacious. Then after 1am all the kids went out into the street which I failed to mention had an echo like the Grand Canyon. The revelry could be heard until 5am. I would not book a room here on a Friday or Sat nite..
Michael and his colleagues made me feel welcome and were extremely courteous and helpful with all my queries.
I enjoyed my one night stay there,

This place is very convenient for touring the town and it is very clean, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
First, it was one of those places where the electricity didn’t work without your room card stuck in a slot. With 90+ degree days, that meant that our room temperature never got below 80 degrees.
Second, some of the amenities listed were not really offered by to the hotel. For example, when we asked to rent bikes, which is listed as an amenity, we were sent to a bike shop down the street. When the bike rental (listed as an amenity) wasn’t open 45 minutes after it’s posted time, the hotel clerk just shrugged shoulders don’t call it an amenity if you don’t ’own it’.
Third, their breakfast was a little sad. For example, instead of croissants, they had white bread baked in the shape of a croissant. When my husband asked for an Americano, he was directed to a coffee pot.
Finally, some of the staff were in indifferent. When I asked for some glasses, to e front desk clerk rolled his eyes before getting me some. The staff hung out in the prep area while we had breakfast, but when my husband decided to get his own juice from the fridge, a clerk came out to chastise him.
There are plenty of places to stay in the town center. Go elsewhere!

Decaying
I don’t understand how this place got so many good reviews. The infrastructure is decaying and the decor is outdated. There’s no elevator, the phone in the room doesn’t work, and the AC barely works, and it wasn’t very hot. The worst was that an external blinder was missing in the room (“Pisa”), so it was inundated with sunlight very early in the morning (see photo). Three good things that can be said: the staff is very kind and helpful; our room was spacious; and the location is convenient.
